today i ran not only with my legs but my spirit. could almost hear it bursting out in roars. feels good to intimidate other competitors during the race buahaha... >D 气势。
and its ok that we got disqualified haha (2nd time for me haha). we did our best and we know we can do it. that's enough for me :D

today i also learnt that rigid structures often harm good intentions haha. but ahwell. without it, maybe no learning experience and thought processes? so ok loh nevermind. learnt to cope with it already x)

today was a great day! training finally resumes haha... JIAOLIAN!!! NEW HAIR HAHA AND SHISHU AND THE OLDIES AND THE TEAMMMMM (both near oldies and oldies ehe) haha and the CARPETTTTT haha so happy. just so happy.
