生活习惯

今天打篮球时，说了些不该说的话，到现在都还在后悔。一时冲动而开了个根本不好笑的笑话，可惜话出口后才领悟到了自己所犯的错。

所以说呢，明白道理后，必须时时刻刻做出正确的行为，这样才会成为好习惯。从今日开始要更加注意自己的嘴巴了　><

今天的心情平淡，心里播着“买你”。
该去为数学测验做准备，晚安　:D

drifting fish

once again, my mind has drifted back to the topic: PURPOSE.

was watching talentime yesterday with wushu people and realised that some performances lack emotion and conviction... and some are just pop culture ._. nothing wrong with that, but it kinda gets boring after you hear the same o' song 3 times in a show?

so ya was thinking of performing next year to add variety :) but i realised my purpose isn't strong; therefore i lack conviction too. i remember asking fy and frens about why we wanna perform, then i realised i couldn't give an outright answer myself.

was talking to j yesterday and she totally amazed me with her sense of purpose :O in her school, lessons start early in the morning and end after sunset. she's a late sleeper somemore, if she sleeps that is. but her passion for school is amazing... was telling her to sleep more and she replied that she has her whole life to sleep but only one chance to study in her school :O

wow so amazing, so refreshing. shall do some soulsearching and find something that i love :)

Day 6

this was written a day after Day 6, so ya thats quite sad cause the feelings not as fresh liao. but ya throught this i learnt to 做事做到底... now it feels like the OBS post haha.

anyway yea yesterday felt like graduation... long time never cry because of people leaving le :( well ya its a good thing i guess... felt very sad heh. at first don't want cry one leh! then i go comfort this crying girl (zq and partially jw) then see them cry then my eyes started watering too heh... then walked out of the audi crying zzz.

but yea. really will miss them :( they really taught me to love people with passion (quoted from yy in the e3 book), like when i was younger. i think its because now i havta worry about studies and other stuff? like too busy taking care of myself and feeding my appetite for pity that i forgot about the other people around me.

so yea, now back in school. will i revert to the previous me or level up? i wanna level up haha. AND I WILL, I BELIEVE. its the right thing to do, for me at least haha. another thing i've decided to do is SOLELY use chinese to converse during chinese lessons. conversational skills are very important ;)

took many photos with them, shall upload on facebook haha. OHYEA i've also decided to develop all my photos and keep it in albums cause i don't trust computers to do so for me anymore hehe.

i wanted to take individual photos with each family E group leader but didn't grab the chance :( another example of procrastination sigh... nevermind shall take with them during the KBOX OUTING WOOTS!~ haha yea love them. 奶嘴 ftw~

oh and the participants are super sweet can, their gifts and hugs and words :/ jw and yt went to find me during recess! yt gave me a postcard while jw gave me a keychain with my name so touched, then got her name pasted on the back using a post-it... shall keep them all in a bigger time capsule box haha :D

yea i guess that's about it ba... jotted down stuff like 'active observer' in iPod but can't explain now haha. yea... oh yesterday i kept listening to Always Be My Baby, very suitable song for the mood haha. shall post it here and end off le :)

Day 5

went for experiential learning journey today.
kampong glam -> chinatown -> marina square -> esplanade -> anderson bridge -> merlion park -> asian civilisations museum.

was quite nice. personally i enjoyed the chinatown part, quite quiet, managed to so some super light shopping, had time to walk around leisurely and think about stuff. super therapeutic haha.

missed family E GLs rapweb! :( grah haha heard that they blinksnort-ed alot haha. tomorrow shall find out more :D

oh and learnt the importance of punctuality. but also learnt the importance of flexibility :)

Day 4

today was a very nice day, in the sense that I felt very appreciated by everyone hehe. took pictures with many many of the people :D really gonna miss them heh :X

family rapweb was quite good. just played guitar while yujer did his thing xD overall it was just nice. not sure if the progressions contributed to anything though.

laughed our heads off at jurong point because of the blink snort stuff. the forfeits, the crushing of the onion rings, the ear and eye attacks, too much for sleep-deprived people like us. went mad at burger king haha.

talent time was very nice, though quite sad that rv's performance etiquette is not quite there yet. the performances were all quite nice, think it's quite cool for rvians to step out and show their stuff :D

on the way home yy taught me "ngor ngoi lei". sounds very funny hehe.

Day 3

Today, I saw the humanity of a mischevious young boy, who bought toy panda bears for his little brother.

Today, I saw the strength of a man, who managed to go through a whole morning of activities under the sun while fasting.

Today, I got to see how different our culture is from theirs. how hard they have to study from primary school, how strict their system is. how this great change in the way we do things is so new and fresh and at the same time suprising to them.

Today, I learnt new names like ziqin, linghan, jiaxin, jiawei, yuchong, chenmeng and others that im struggling to remember.

Today, I learnt how to do the really cool freak show thingy with the fingers.

Today, we did the family E facil what-to-do-go-crazy cheer for the first time.

Today, we decided to go kbox after this.

Today, we saw something that would best be remained unseen haha.

Today, we learnt about the existence of sally and shall find more about her in the future.

Today, we hugged.

Today, we worked hard. good jobs guys :D

Day 2

much better, realised paying attention really helps. gotta learn to contain myself though, do the right things at the right times.

played silly games that i have not played for years.

realised how lovely my GLs are ^^
realised how tough it is for the OC :/

haha revelation of the day: being a facilitator is like loving a person. don't keep thinking of how incompatible or unqualified you are to love the person: JUST DO THE RIGHT THING. follow your heart. and that's all that matters.

things will work out in the end :D

of course who am i to say haha, i've never really you know... xD haha nvm. good day.

barely surviving, but at least i tried.

had a chance to watch 雨季 yesterday, it was great :)

it's a production by Toy Factory, some a theatre company celebrating its 20th anniversary. the woman in the white dress above in Kit Chan :D haha they all sing lovely.

but ya its also very interesting because i see myself, you and him in the play. things to wonder and ponder haha...

ya overall a very nice show, very neatly done, songs are okok, nice but somewhat forgettable, actors are great. thumbs up ^^
